Android. The most common option to take (static) screenshots is to open the
recent apps menu (by tapping the square icon on the bottom provided you
have the classic 3-button navigation enabled). On the bottom of the screen
you'll find an option to take a screenshot.
The best standard option I have used and which is reported to be available
even in recent versions of Android but seems disabled on Fairphones is the
3-finger swipe gesture (from the top down) for which there should be an
option in the settings.to enable it.

contain an option to take screenshots up to Android 12 but was removed with
its ugly redesign after that version. Now you have to simultaneously press
two hardware buttons to take screenshots which is - sorry - braindead. On
all phones I know you need both hands to do that while holding your phone
in the third - oh wait, you're hunan? Apart from that it's the most error
prone input method I know of.
Furthermore there are third party options for taking screenshots, like an
App from Adobe which I used for some time with Android 13 but it used ugly
names like time_t formatted timestamps IIRC.
If you want to take videos from running apps the method aitor describes is
the way to go.
If not, you may need to swipe down from the top of your screen (this
is the case in my current phone).
