    OK I understand -- I have 4 custom menus on the Xfce4 pannel. Never
tried to copy these menus from one machine to another, except copying
the whole user configuration. I don't even know how these menus are
stored. Of course, every application must have a .desktop file, and the
icons must exist on the host if you want them to be displayed, because
the .desktop file only contains references.
