I got signal strength, LAC and CID. I don't have operator name (etc)
at the moment.

Can you take a look at mux-v1.31-4 branch? Changes outside droid 4
code are separated out and documented. There's obviously more work
inside droid 4 code, and yes there's some obvious stuff (like
indenting it) and some less obvious stuff (like removing all the dead
code).
