Rename them.

1. 'ls -i' #Gets the inode number.
2. 'find . -inum "inode-number-from-ls -i" -exec mv {} "newfilename" \;'

Man, I hate files with pathological filenames, and some of the
other-OS-originating examples are among the worst.
