right on, the audience that is most easy to influence with a candy

to me this video is not only enforcing racist cliches, but also being
an ode to the war of civilizations, in fact the girl impersonates a
modern templar...

this case offers three possibilities IMHO

1) dig into the mind of EU officials, how they look at reality and how
they think 16-24 people should look at it (because of the use of
their language, this can be tagged as persuasion and propaganda...)

2) open a courtcase

3) campaign about open data and ask this failure to not just
apologize, but also open up the funding plan of this Enlargement
program, how much money is being allocated and where it goes and in
which way we can make accountable those committing the admitted
error of producing.

obviously nothing of the above will be done until we take these things
more seriously. I agree with your irony, they wouldn't even deserve to
be taken into account, nevertheless they are really happening.
