Yes there is a "hurd32" VM running on the Devuan infrastructure that I
set up 2 years ago, just for exploring things.

Perhaps it needs upgrading. I don't remember much about it, but it's
still up. If there is interest I'm happy to drop in ssh keys and bring
up net access.
