There *is* systemd garbage in Devuan, because a lot of Debian packages
provide it. And it would be a *lot* of work to remove it.

I wish that, likewise, Debian packages would routinely contain the
init scripts that other init systems use, but they don't.

But without systemd itself being there, that systemd garbage doesn't
actualy do anything.
