sysv-rc-conf/1.1.1-1~bpo13+1 is now in Devuan!

Do let me know if there's anything you don't like about the updated
version.

The other notable change I forgot to mention is tristate controls[1] to
reflect the absence of a symlink, without which startup/shutdown
services and services that are not meant to be stopped in runlevels 0,
1 or 6 can be put into the wrong state in a way from which they can't be
recovered in the UI. But this is at the cost of UI complexity so I can
imagine there may be some feedback on that. Toggling will usually do the
most appropriate thing.
