Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I'm going to be busy this
weekend (playing piano in a concert tomorrow: what an interesting life
I lead :( ) so I won't have chance to start thinking about and planning
the email move until Sunday evening. I'll work individually through the
replies and suggestions then.
