I recently moved one of my mail servers by setting up a new server at a
new provider. Change the dns mx, while keeping the spf, dkim and dmarc,
to the new server and incremental syncing them with imapsync
https://github.com/imapsync/imapsync and after a week phased out the old
server. Worked like a charm.
