..excellent theory! Now, reducing that to shanghai-them-over-here
practice... maybe tease them onboard asking advice on their package
build scripts? Would inform them we're here and that they're welcome
onboard here.

..how-can-i-help and package maintainer mail list frustration rants
should help us find them. It's a bit like chasing girls, we have to
approach them, or tease and seduce them into approaching us. ;o)
