I used it for a while but started to get timeouts on resolution for some
sites only.
After a lot of research it seems systemd-resolved has bugs related to
secure DNS.
It was easiest to just remove it and use the name resolution provided by
DHCP, or to use a caching only installation of bind9.
Although systemd-resolved is part of systemd, it's not a required part
as some documentation would lead you to believe. Nor is NetworkManager
required either, and that's also well left alone.
