I have made really minimal changes in this branch, which at least makes
it work for me: https://github.com/maemo-leste/libicd-network-ofono/tree/wip

Some of the calls are not async, and a lot more error handling is
required, but I've tried to label the commits as such.

Please let me know what changes you have, and we can ditch my work, or
pick the best parts of all our code, or maybe everything just
merges/applies fine, who knows. :)
