There is, and it actually "Works For Me" ;-)

# Minimal server-oriented install, no GUI.

I used the mini.iso from

https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/devuan/dists/beowulf/main/installer-amd64/20190625+devuan7/images/netboot/

There's also a gtk/mini.iso if you prefer the graphical installer.

Besides amd64, there are also installers for armhf and i386 but I've not
tried those.

For documentation, refer to the Debian installer's docs. Things don't
seem to have changed much.
