I just successfully finished installing using the mini.iso from

https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/devuan/dists/beowulf/main/installer-amd64/20190625%2Bdevuan7/images/netboot/

The only issue I experienced during my high contrast, expert mode
installation on a VirtualBox machine was that the reboot rebooted
the installer again. Not sure why. Selecting the hard disk from
VirtualBox's boot media menu fixed that.

I was not prompted to remove the ISO during the install and VirtualBox
shows it as still inserted. I did install the guest extensions.

Also, GRUB failed to install once due to a temporary host name
resolution failure (so packages weren't downloaded, doh!).
A retry fixed that and I don't think it's related to the reboot issue
but mention it just in case.

Hope this helps,
