Although I don't want to seem as if I are taking sides in intra-Devuan
Project interpersonal conflicts, I'll nonetheless cite the above as, in
my opinion, the very _model_ of a non-constructive statement in the
current collection of disputes.

Your reaction (above) to Daniel Reurich merely having _proposed_ to set
up a new Jenkins instance in a particular way if there is consensus was
totally over the top, unwarranted, and does not serve the interests of
the project. It might have been appropriate to say 'We'll bear that
offer in mind, but it looks like we're resolving the problem a different
way', but using the offer as the excuse for personal attacks in public
is a very bad move. (If I'd been a Devuan Project insider, I could
easily imagine myself having made a similar offer, having, as I said,
built and administered Jenkins instances, so the notion of being
personally attacked for making such an offer seems particularly
worrisome as a sign of the destructive spiral.)

Solely my opinion, of course, but I think it's pretty clear.
