Ahà! and thus was the Greenwich conspiracy revealed! Remember you guys
have summer time, so it's not perfect ;-).

The current format *is* a bit strange, specially when the second number
can be misinterpreted (has happened to me at some point). I'd think sth
like: "Devuan meet Nov. 15 2017 20.30 UTC" is clear for everyone and we
avoid having this talk ever again.
