Sadly, yet another case of a maintainer being a malfunction and needing
to be routed around (to paraphrase what John Gilmore said about the
Internet can censorship, usually misattributed to John Perry Barlow, who
quoted him).

I suppose a procps package without the dumb libsystemd dependency is the
right solution.
