best strategy for that is to restart it on our forum https://talk.devuan.org

which will facilitate contributions in place of the git/docbook setup
of the "canonical" debian FAQ. the latter also does not contain really
important information, the few useful things in there can be imported

this is an open task for anyone willing to volunteer, it does not
require particular technical skills and guidance can be asked on the
irc #devuan channel, hellekin is the forum admin
