For me worked this:

1. Download
http://packages.devuan.org/merged/dists/jessie/main/installer-amd64/current/images/netboot/netboot.tar.gz
to the root of your tftp-server

2. Extract it and configure your dhcp-server to use the right
'next-server' and 'filename' (linked to pxelinux.0)
