You have to use g++ instead of gcc:

g++ -export-dynamic -o listview ListView.cpp `pkg-config --libs--cflags
gtkmm-3.0`

If g++ doesn't find the headers <gtkmm.h>, use the Makefile.

I just also pushed a CMakeList.txt.
