Ok, Jaromil, I think the situation with plugins is as follows:
- rgbnoise - I was able to make this real time using a lookup table,
see the other email.
- softglow - This is working here, I'm unable reproduce crash. Is this
working with melt on other systems?
- colorhalftone - this can not be made faster, it is essentially a
"turn-on-only-when-rendering" filter.
- colortap - Has anyone tried this? The accepted values for property
"table" are: "xpro","old_photo","sepia","heat","xray","esses","yellow_blue","red_green";
default value is "xpro"
- sigmoidal transfer - works OK
- colorize - works OK

Apart from "softglow" which is known to crash on some systems, I think
we can push these upstream now. Maybe you can send me a backtrace on
"softglow" from your crash?
