Using Ubuntu Studio 10.10 I stumbled into dyne:bolic.
I must admit I like the spirit and idea.

Unluckily it is a little outdated and does not run on my laptop.
Also I would like to use latest mix, since it supports midi dj devices
very good nowadays.

Well, having quite some open source experience, I am thinking about
contributing.

There are no major changes in my mind, just updating the whole bundle
(kernel, userland, modules) to the latest versions.

Before I really start something there, here is my question:

Is it wanted to update dyne:bolic?
Could I get information if needed on this list?

As of now, this is not an explicit offer from my side, I am just
thinking about it.
