Could this be related to another problem I'm having? There are some
programs I use fairly regularly, and have no trouble installing via
Slackware's installpkg, but every time I reboot (like going to Windows
mode and back), the installed files are gone, unrecognized or
something. So I have to install the package all over again. This
happens with all of the packages, but just for reference, the two I
use a lot are par2cmdline and unrar.
