If you are speaking a "language" that nobody else can understand, then you
can speak loudly in a public place and still maintain privacy. This was the
advantage that the Navajo "codetalkers" had during WWII. As Philip
Zimmerman pointed out, there is no such thing as absolute privacy, but
there is "pretty good" privacy available for those who would like to use
it. That is the advantage of a sealed envelope as opposed to the
postcard...
