Can anybody tell me how to enable dark-
mode on Devuan's homepage?

I get so frustrated, nowadays.  The user
should be 100% in control of themes, but
most softwares ignores, or, over-rides the
user.  I have dry-eye syndrome, and the
white/blue light emissions from white pages
is actually painful, after several moments.
It is similar to staring at a 60W light-bulb,
at 10 feet.

Is there any way around this?  I've been
suffering from these effects, for decades.

It was great, when all we had was VT-100s!
