Not sure what you mean by "features", but as it says, the lack of this firmware
disables runtime power management. Whether you require that or not, I can't
say.

The error number -2 means the file could not be found, so I would ask whether
you have the following packages installed:

- firmware-linux
- firmware-linux-nonfree
- firmware-misc-nonfree
