A quick use of "dig" shows popcon.devuan.org redirecting to
email.devuan.org, which answers to pings on its IPv4 and IPv6 addresses,
at least (running something more aggressive like an nmap portscan could
be considered hostile, so I won't). It's not much, but I hope it helps.
