Yes, (at least in Italy) you cannot bring a TV set as
monitor to your work place because it is a device
apt to receive television transmissions and thus
you have to pay a licence fee (a costly business one,
not a cheaper one for domestic use, which BTW
is collected forcibly by your electric energy
supplier), for the same reason you don't
want to use it in a show window (as cheaper
alternative to dedicated led wall or monitor).
