Short answer: I don't know.
Medium answer: Some of the books I sell might end up in the hands of
Alkaida or the Taliban. How much effort should I use to determine this?
Long answer: Tucows is absolutely right for investigating complaints
before taking down a domain name or hosting. The question is whether
these things slipped by due diligence, or whether there was a wink and
a nod. The article doesn't answer that question.
