I'm trying to install some packages, and getting the error "Could not connect
to pkgmaster.devuan.org:80 (136.243.229.219). - connect (111: Connection
refused)"

Sure enough, it's not contactable on port 80:

# telnet 136.243.229.219 80
Trying 136.243.229.219...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

Can someone investigate / fix?
