Being the maintainer for the Rust for Linux projectMiguel, Miguel Ojeda
is indeed a smart and important guy. But he's just one guy. Perhaps
others wouldn't favor changing so much of the Rust language, but
instead using libraries.

Anyway, one telling piece of evidence is that Miguel believes Rust
should be in the Kernel.
