For just viewing and printing, it is just enough to point the
browser to the web site of OpenStreetMap: there's a map of the world and
one can zoom to any place. No need to install an application as long as
you have a connection to the Internet.
I haven't a GPS but might add one some day, and anyway there are
other features in Navit, like finding a route, which do not require a GPS.
And I'd better learn a little bit how it works, which isn't
trivial, before I install Devuan on a smartphone some day... Geolocation
on a moving map is one of the few things I find usefull on a smartphone,
beyond phone calls.
BTW, thanks for being a benevolent contributor to the map.
