Do we really need TWO Italian IRC channels?

#devuan-it has been available since the beginning of Devuan a decade
ago. It is listed on our WWW at:

https://www.devuan.org/os/community

I have no idea if it is active but might be better to hop over to the
existing channel rather than starting a new one . . . :)
