Now you're speaking my language! As you know, one of the things I'm
known for is reverse engineering software and writing very clear
documentation, with examples, about it.

It will be a long, long time before I use 2.4.x on my Daily Driver
Desktop (DDD). Maybe never, if I find a Dovecot substitute. But this
doesn't preclude me from setting up a Qemu virtual machine with 2.4.x
and experimenting. If/when I do this, I'll for sure ask you questions
when I get stumped. Thanks.
