I'm near or at Vancouver, BC, Canada. Installation instructions
typically advise that closer servers are preferable to more distant
ones. Seems reasonable. alpix.eu is probably in Europe; not nearby.
What about belltower.us? Could be in Bellingham or Miami but whois
tells NY. Will a knowledgeable person suggest a server for access
from Vancouver, please.

SUGGESTION
Give locations of mirrors. Just another word or two next to each
link.

I have a Daedalus installer image retrieved about a year ago. I can
use that or retrieve a fresh image. Which is advisable?
