Can't you fine tune the daylights out of pretty much any window
manager?

If there's one thing I'd like from Openbox it would be to be able to
drag a file into a program window, or a program window into a file
listing, yada yada yada. Actually, I might be able to do that with LXDE
or LXQt, but I never thought to try.
