    Well, I installed Daedalus. I believe it's stable, not testing.
Dunno when next release is foreseen. I 'll give a try to runit then.

    My plan is now to aquire a second laptop so as to have two usable
devices at the same time in case one of them fails as badly. Coz at the
end, I'll have lost one week, at least, to recover a familiar working
environment. There have been times when my subject of interest was
building kernels and configuring startup, busybox, C library and the
like. But I'm now working on something else and I'd like to be able to
trust the OS I'm using. I'm still convinced the Debian package
management software is the best, but I've been shocked and depressed by
the event. And you know there are enough reasons for depression today.
