OK, so what do your logs say ? Is anything that looks like a legitimate client actually using these other protocols ?
One obvious comment is that (I assume) no-one is paying you for running your mirror, so you are free to decide for yourself what protocols to support. I understand your point about potentially breaking users’ configs if they are relying on your mirror and you turn off a protocol, but that should not be more than a temporary irritation to the users concerned. Also, IIRC the default is HTTP[S], so anyone using a different protocol is going to be more than your entry level “run the installer, accept all the defaults, use the system” user so should have no problem either switching to a different protocol or to a different mirror.

PS - thank you for providing a mirror. AFAIK I don’t use it, but I am reliant on people like yourself supporting the project. When 20th century internet arrives on my street I could consider doing something myself.
