What you really need to do is install Devuan on a virtual machine, and
use the apt system to find out. That's what I'd need to do to answer
your question, and by doing so you'll really get a feel for Devuan.
By the way, I suggest you add Inkscape and Bluefish to your list of
everyday applications. And because the user menu sucks so bad for
IceWM, I suggest you add in Suckless Tools' dmenu as another program
runner.
