I'm considering migrating to Devuan after years on Gentoo. Expect a
weird mix of expert and newbie questions from me.

1) I'd prefer to keep using ICEWM window manager to take advantage of
many years of "muscle memory". Is that possible?

2) I want some app to connect to my cellphone to download photos from it
and upload music to it for playback. A simple "file-system" app will
do, and I can upload/download with mc (Midnight commander).

3) My most-commonly-used-apps, in alphabetical order, follow. Are they
available on Devuan? (Google-Chrome is not my "daily driver" but there
seem to be some web sites that are "hardcoded" for it.)

abiword
dos2unix
dosbox
exiftool
fetchmail
gcc
geeqie
gimp
gnumeric
google-chrome
hibernate-script
imagemagick
iptables
mc
mpg123
mplayer
mupdf
mutt (with smtp capability via ssmtp)
procmail
qemu
ssmtp
vim

4) Any selections/tweaks required at install time to get those apps?

5) How many gigabytes of swap suggested for a 16-gigabyte ram machine
with "hibernate-script"?
