If you know Linux then I found Docker to be far worse than native for erpnext.

Yes it was up and running quicker but maintaining it was a pain and it is much much harder to check everything is upto date short of blind faith in the docker container providers. The base images are often well out of date and then there are caching issues that might prevent updates. The environments of each container are also lacking, making admin clunky.
