I read the detail of this slightly differently.

mark@apollo:~% dpkg-deb -I src/devuan/build/libdbus-1-dev_1.15.90-1devuan1_amd64.deb|grep Depends
Depends: libdbus-1-3 (= 1.15.90-1devuan1), libsystemd-dev, pkgconf, xml-core (>= 0.14)

But the real point is that the libsystemd-dev dependency is new, unnecessary and
should be removed.
