Thanks for clarifying that more.
I wasn't very accurate in the description of what it does.
I put a restic repository on a usb 1TB drive and backup to it for
an external drive monthly and also daily for 167gb of data snapshots on my NAS server. Dedup is slick.
Work great. Downside for some is it is all command line.
