Regarding about initial Steve's question. What do you think of that
answer :

'User init-supervisor helps(1) a user to init and manage his(her)
complex desktop workflows'

'Sysadmin init-supervisor helps a sysadmin to init and manage her(his)
system workflows'

Sysadmin is a person with a job to maintain the stability and
smooth operation of a system that offers information-computational
related services-facilities to its users.(those who can log in).

User leverage the services-facilities of the system maintained by
the Sysadmin in order to create their own info-computational workflows
that produce info-comp services needed by other users (either of that
or other systems).

(1) 'help' here could mean many things . I have in mind :
help setup a workflow , offer guidance or tips , offer automatation
facilities.
