Harbour is useful also for creating TUI (and with some libraries GUI
which I am not interested in at all) but I couldn't make it work all the
time with utf8.
ACHOICE function work very well but with my tests other function (for
example input text) don't work (perhaps due to incompatibility for the
old clipper and DOS codepage... 1 byte=1 character).
However, I haven't looked into it further.
Maybe I'm wrong and some of us know what to do, in which case it could
be useful to me too.
