..you are not alone...

...relying as an anti-systemd distro like Devuan on a systemd-only
systemd advocacy "distro" organization (or "reality" TV show?)
like Debian, as upstream for anything critical, or, as source for
GPL etc source code, is IMNTHO, a very stupid idea.

..don't take my word as gospel here, try:
"aptitude install how-can-i-help ", then
"how-can-i-help >uh-oh ;less uh-oh" and then
"how-can-i-help --old >uh-oh-too ;less uh-oh-too ".

..20/20 hindsight, here we are all in RL issues, me, I should
have gone the Slackware way when Red Hat Inc ditched their
RH-7.4 and "all" the grey beards said "Go Debian!". Yeehaw.

..top hit now @ Mon Aug 14 02:44:04 CEST 2023, is 5.10.179-5~deb10u1:
https://pkginfo.devuan.org/cgi-bin/package-query.html?c=package&q=linux-image-5.10-rt-amd64=5.10.179-5~deb10u1

..nope. Try refresh that search page.

..strange, your link above works. But
pool/DEBIAN/main/l/linux/linux-image-5.10.0-23-amd64-unsigned_5.10.179-3_amd64.deb
points to DEBIAN's
linux-image-5.10.0-23-amd64-unsigned_5.10.179-3_amd64.deb "@"
https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/kernel/linux-image-5.10.0-24-amd64-unsigned

..etc. Swapping out "24" for "23", I get to: ...
https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/kernel/linux-image-5.10.0-23-amd64-unsigned

...which means Debian may have found your bug, or another
bug in your highly beloved 5.10.179-3, and yanked it down.

..if you have a tech etc problem with that, update.

..true. Have a competent paralegal do the git dance to fish it out of
Debian's git repository if you need it for any litigation purpose.
