The first step I'd suggest is running it, as root, on a terminal. If it
errors out, that's what you need to figure out. If it doesn't, the next
step is to see if it does the job it's supposed to. If not,
troubleshoot. If it does the job, compare how you ran it on the
terminal with how you're running it in your process manager or
supervisor.
