Presumably because the fact that clones are involved is revealed only partway through the show, and you're meant to be insuspense and confusion until then. >

To see a TV series that *is* about cones (this might be a spoiler, but ht's not hidden for long) try Orphan Black.
It's quite good. I've seen only a few episodes befor it got too emotinoally intense for me.
Maybe I should try it out again sometime.
