When pressing AltGr on my (not Dell) keyboard, xev returns:

YES, XKeysymToKeycode returns keycode: 92
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes: 
    XFilterEvent returns: False

So... ISO_Level3_Shift also seems to be synonymous with AltGr...
